    Graduate in Training – Employee Relations

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Diploma in Human Resources Management

    ADDED ADVANTAGE

    • Specialisation in Labour Relations

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Diploma No experience required
    • Applicants will go through a selection process, and when successful be placed accordingly

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)

    • Ensure that disciplinary actions are fair and consistent under company policies and applicable laws.
    • Focus on resolving employee disputes and grievances promptly and effectively.
    • Assist in clarifying what is expected of employees and ensure that their work aligns with the overall goals of the organization.
    • Draft minutes when the ER manager is advising managers on difficult people issues
