Graduate Internship: Finance (6 Months) at Sol Plaatje University

Job Description    

• This Graduate Internship programme aims to create temporary opportunities for unemployed South African Graduates (18 to 35) who have completed their studies.

• Updated CV, including a certified copy of your Highest Relevant Qualification.
• Certified transcript or record on an official letterhead
• Certified copy of South African identity card
• Contact details of two academic referees. 

Note: no full-time students will be considered for this programme

Position Specification    

• Computer literacy in respect of office packages (Microsoft Office Suites)
• Proficiency in English (Verbal and written)
• Analytical thinking/problem solving
• Building interpersonal relationship
• Planning and organising/work managementTeamwork/collaboration
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• University awareness 

Minimum Requirements    

• B. Com Degree obtained from any South African university.
• South African citizen, between the ages of 18 to 35
• Applicants must be unemployed and never participated in an internship.
• Applicants are restricted to applying for only three (3) positions

Recommendations    

• Unemployed South African Graduates who are not undertaking any full-time studies.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• This programme will offer opportunities for unemployed graduates to gain useful university-based experience in a range of administrative areas that can improve their readiness for employment and open career pathways, that may not have been available without work experience.
