Graphic Designer at IQbusiness

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-impact visual content for digital, social media, and print platforms
• Develop and refine logos, brand collateral, and typography elements, ensuring brand consistency
• Create visually engaging presentations, proposals, and reports using MS Office (PowerPoint and Word)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualise and deliver creative solutions for various projects
• Contribute to strategic business projects beyond traditional design tasks
• Optimise designs for different formats, ensuring polished delivery across multiple platforms
• Maintain and update design templates for internal and external communications
• Support marketing and business development teams with impactful storytelling visuals

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a management consulting, financial services, or banking environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of work, including branding, logo design, typography, and corporate presentations
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Word) to create polished, professional presentations
• Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and deliver high-impact designs
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver with excellence

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
• Experience in digital design, motion graphics, or web design is a plus
