About the Job
MAIN PURPOSE

• To assist the Growth Co-ordinator and Campaign Manager in the co-ordination and execution of campaigns and the efficient running of 3rd party sales processes. Handling administrative and support tasks for the team in order for the team to meet performance objectives.
• To mitigate any complaint associated to campaigns and to ensure that predetermine / potential issues are raised and fixes proactively (including logging and follow up on GLID issues, no C2 accounts and update profiles).  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Activate 3rd party sales (C2 and CAMS)
• Process adherence and monitoring (Records Management)
• Continuous Improvement
• Stakeholder Management
• Complaint Logging
• Issue log and analysis on technical account issues
• Facilitate/Drive activation process (Keeping track and record of all sales activated)

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

• Financial Services Industry Knowledge
• Knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Contact Centre processes, methodologies, systems and technologies
• Dispute Resolution
• Product Knowledge
   

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Matric / Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience on C2 and CAMS would be an advantage
• E-commerce and escalations complaints management experience demonstrating superior communication skills, query resolution with internal stakeholders

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Root cause analysis and problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong communication skills, including business writing and -reporting
• Systems experience across C2, Cams, Vision
