    HCM Business Partner

    Core Purpose

    • Deliver value adding services to dedicated Business Units focusing on Talent attraction, management and retention processes and initiatives, aligned to business objectives of the GIBB Group.

    Key Performance Areas

    Talent attraction:

    • Competency based recruitment (full function), including Psychometric test administration
    • Review, develop, implement leading HCM practices, benefits, working conditions

    Talent retention:

    • Implementation and project management of HCM initiatives such as employee engagement survey, talent retention initiatives , orientation, HCM systems, and others ie POPIA, Remote working
    • Reward and recognition, promotions, including market surveys and benchmarking
    • Wellness
    • Employee Relations
    • Induction process
    • Change management
    • Performance management system, guidance, development and related 360 and competency development
    • Grading review, improvement and career development

    HCM reporting, analysis, administration

    • Analyze trends, metrics in partnership with HCM Group to develop solutions, programs and policies
    • New Employee administration
    • Employee policy review, guidance, ensure compliance
    • Participate and support Employee development, talent identification, succession planning
    • Ensure minimized employee risk, regulatory compliance

    JOB REQUIREMENT
    Qualification:

    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management/Similar 

    Experience:

    • Minimum 6 years relevant HCM experience as a business partner/generalist
    • Working knowledge of BCEA, EEA, SDA
    • SAGE 300 People Information System working experience

    Requirements

    PERSON REQUIREMENT
    Core Competencies:

    • Demonstrable experience with HCM metrics
    • Full understanding of all HCM functions and best practices
    • Thorough knowledge of labour legislation
    • MS Office 365 
    • MS Excel at intermediate level
