    Head of Brand Operations

    General

    Accountable to: Managing Director: Command Centre

    Direct reports: 6 (up to 10)

    Purpose of the Role:

    • To drive The Unlimited Brand-Led Strategy into the business and market (both directly and through operational support & development of the team)

    Key Responsibilities / Key Performance Areas:

    • Overall delivery of Brand team to the business and beyond through:
    • Training and mentoring the team, including clock building and innovation
    • Developing and overseeing ways of working
    • Supporting the team, empowering them to do the best possible job (skills | structure | knowledge | tools | opportunity)
    • Leading, driving and guiding the Brand Led strategy across the business
    • Quality & consistency of creative outputs (together with brand leads)
    • Contributing to and advising on briefs where necessary
    • Managing relationships, ways of working and performance efficiencies with agencies (including financial management)
    • Appointing, on-boarding and ongoing relationships with Strategic Partners (win-win).
    • Ongoing development & refinement of a framework & related tools to support the delivery of outstanding work including:
      • Departmental ways of work
      • Strategic partners ways of work
      • Creative process
      • Systems
      • Archiving & creative asset management
      • Strategic partners
    • Financial management (Brand budget)
    • Development, oversight & implementation of key strategic projects related to the business goals
    • Reporting on key Brand projects
    • Running the day-to-day operations of The Brand Team and Strategic Partners

    Experience:

    • Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Diploma or Degree)
    • 10 years relevant experience within a brand-led environment, 5 of which are in a senior leadership role
    • Agency experience and understanding

    • A sound understanding of all marketing disciplines and Brand building
