    Head of Sales SADC

    About the role

    • The Head of  Sales SADC  operate focusing on the picture of success to drive the profitable growth and development of Reckitt business in the given countries in the Southern Africa cluster. You will ensure that all initiatives are consistent with the company's overall strategy, and that Reckitt retains and consolidates its market leadership position in the countries. 
    • The Head of Sales SADC  drives regional revenue growth, magers key accounts and set strategic target across Africa Cluster establishes short-, mid- and long-term objectives, and sets adequate operating plans for future developments, allocates resources - human, financial, technical - to achieve the balance between short- and long-term growth & profits.Develops key business relationships: internally with Regional Management team, Category members, Regional Sales, IS and Supply; externally with key clients, government representatives, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
    • Leads the profitable development of Reckitt's portfolio of leading brands in household cleaning, personal care, and healthcare, delivering an optimized in-store execution and compliance through Vision Store and Pharmacy Contracts where applicable.

    Your responsibilities

    • To devise, plan and agree a clear, detailed, and focused strategy for the business and lead its implementation, meeting agreed revenue and profit targets.
    • To ensure effective communication of goals and objectives throughout the organization.
    • Through strong leadership, to foster and consolidate a strong market and consumer oriented commercial culture, ensuring that the company keeps abreast of changing customer needs and trends in the marketplace, and meets them cost effectively and at the highest levels of customer service.
    • To forecast, plan and deliver on the business financials.
    • To ensure that the right operating model and compliance is in place for the market.
    • To determine opportunities for the further expansion of the business, and lead the execution of such initiatives

    The experience we're looking for

    • Bachelors degree in Business,Marketing or related fields
    • 7+ years of sales expirience with at least , 5 years in senior management FMCG
    • Regional Knowledge : Demostrated expirience navigating in SADC market landscape.
    • Skills: Strong negotiatin,analyticalamd leadership
