    Hilti Store Representative

    What's the role?
    We’re looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial spirited individual to join our Hilti Store East London team in the position of Hilti Store Representative. But this is no ordinary customer service role, as ours is a uniquely high-performing and supportive working culture.

    What does the role involve?
    Works in a Hilti Center. Fosters the Hilti image, sells and services Hilti products, and consults with customers and prospects. Manages inventory, sales records, administrative functions, and order information. Maintenance of customer database. Deals directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. Does upselling + cross selling .

    What you need is:

    • Minimum Matric or related Diploma/Degree
    • Minimum 1-2 years , Retail or Customer Service Experience
    • Experience in B2B or construction industry preferably
    • Must be based in East London or willing to relocate
    • Strong operational and sales skills
    • Microsoft Office Skills
    • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
