    HR Administrator - Centurion

    Description

    • Responsible for providing operational and administrative support
    • Documentation flow through the group in respect of personnel files, employment contract , job descriptions, pension fund and leave application
    • Draft offer letters
    • Liaise with provident fund service provider
    • Manage the drafting and record keeping of all job profiles
    • Review and assist with the drafting of company policies
    • Manage staff training
    • Manage exit process
    • Manage personnel leave system
    • Manage and maintain payroll system
    • Complete agendas and minutes

    Requirements

    • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
    • Advanced MS office
    • Knowledge of employment legislation eg. labour relations act , basic employment conditions act
    • South African Citizen
    • 5-7 years work related skills and experience
