We are seeking an experienced, proactive and detailed oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team and support out HR operations.
Key duties but not limited to:
Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including preparing job descriptions, scheduling interviews.
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing concern and providing guidance to managers and staff.
Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
Assist in the preparation of reports and HR documentation as needed.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Ensure HR Filing is up to date.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
