Job description:

The role is required to provide a value-added HR service to both management and employees of the PSG Wealth Business Unit. The successful incumbent must be able to understand business needs and translate them into HR deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with employee onboarding to ensure candidates are provided with a good experience
• Conduct probation discussions with all new joiners and provide feedback to Line Manager and HR Manager
• Assist with Weekly Manco Submission
• Ensure timely submission of all monthly and weekly HR reports
• Provide on-going HR support to all staff and Line Managers, focusing on achieving business objectives by leveraging the HR agenda
• Assist with all Labour and employee relations matters by drafting warnings, preparing packs for any disciplinary meetings or CCMA hearings
• Provide guidance and coaching to staff on career progression and personal development within the company
• Provide recruitment and selection support on all levels
• Provide performance management support on all levels
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to business on resignation trends

Minimum requirements:

• BCom Degree in HR Management / Industrial Psychology
• 3 – 5 years experience in HR business partnering within the financial services industry (preferable)
• Sound knowledge of BCEA, EE, LRA, OHSA
• Computer literacy (MS Office – Advanced Excel skills)
