Render effective administrative support in processing service terminations. Administer the leave management process, including the implementation of the Policy and Procedure on Incapacity Leave and Ill-Health Retirement (PILIR).
Process leave gratuities and discounting. Administer service benefits. Administer pension withdrawal processes. Ensure the effective and efficient utilisation of resources.
