HRD Officer People Development at Anglo American

Job Description

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Identify discipline specific training projects aligned to the disciplines strategy
• Support the formation of business proposals for discipline specific HRD People Development projects
• Coordinate external and internal training courses
• Ensure that the content and presentation of courses are at a professional standard
• Ensure that HRD systems conform to Anglo Platinum policies
• Monitor and trend HRD related statistics and interpret results
• Provide the required control and information systems in place to track the Operation performance from an HR perspective
• Identify opportunities to improve the performance of the Operation HRD function

This role is in the HR- Human Resources Development Department at a band D1 level role reporting to the HRD Coordinator People Development

Qualifications

• Two years Training Qualification / Certificate (on NQF level 5) relevant to role

Experience:

• At least three years discipline specific experience / At least three years’ experience as HRD Officer

Knowledge and Skills:

• SAP HR literacy
• Good communications skills
• Reporting skills
