Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 certificate equivalent. (Standard 10, NQF Level 4, N3). Good telephone etiquette, good interpersonal skills. Data capturing skills. Have a good work ethic.
Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and internet). Knowledge of PERSAL system. Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Be able to organize and plan.

Duties :
Perform Human Resource administration duties – including Recruitment and Selection, appointments, promotion, grading, Transfers in and out, verification of qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews, absorptions, probationary periods e.g.). Implement conditions of services (Leave, Housing, Medical, Injury on Duty, Long Service Recognition, Overtime, Pension, Allowances, PILIR or etc.)
Performance Management and Termination of service. staff establishment, salary administration. Attend to HR related enquiries and audit queries. Safe keeping of document and filling of all related documents. Record and organize work and documents.
Daily coordination of all HR related activities, comply HR reports. Liaise with clients and staff. Telephone communiqué. Provide high quality administration support. Comply with the internal rotation process.
Perform other duties as indicated by the Supervisor/Manager. Comply with the Performance Management and Development System (Contracting, reviews and final assessment).
