To be considered applicants are required to meet the following requirements:

Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources (HR)/ Industrial Psychology or equivalent
- Qualification in HR Analytics
- Honours in Industrial Psychology and registration as a psychometrist
Experience
- Experience in end-to-end HR operations delivery 5 years
- Experience in Talent attraction and branding 2 years
- Experience in HR Metrics
- Experience in working with HRIS 3 Years
- Experience in HR and talent analytics 2 Years
Knowledge
- Knowledge of labour legislation
- knowledge of end-to-end HR functions
- Knowledge of analysing HR metrics
- Knowledge of talent analytics tools
