The HR Business Partner role involves identifying opportunities to improve organization effectiveness by partnering with business leaders, supporting transformation through change management, and maintaining a mindset of continuous innovation
Qualification Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant suitable degree.
6 to 8 years HR Business partnering experience.
Extensive experience in working with unions, including managing pay negotiations and other union-related matters.
Experience in employee life cycle processes.
Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering within an HR shared services model.
Strong understanding of HR practices and processes, with the ability to implement strategic initiatives that drive organisational performance.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, capable of building influential relationships with senior stakeholders and guiding them through complex challenges.
A proactive and collaborative mindset, adept at managing change and driving employee engagement.
Experience in data-driven decision-making, using people insights to shape strategies and support business growth.
Experience in employment laws and regulations.
Proficient & broad understanding of HR systems, processes, and 3rd party providersProject management skills
