Tech Operations Lead / Team Lead (Architecture + Delivery)
iqx the Technology Division of iqbusiness is seeking a Tech Operations Lead / Team Lead (Architecture + Delivery) to take ownership of technical execution, operational stability, and architectural governance within a fintech/Web3 environment.
The successful candidate will combine strong engineering capability with operational leadership, ensuring that systems remain stable, scalable, and secure while delivery remains predictable and controlled.
Current Technical Context
Our platform operates in a fintech/Web3 hybrid environment and includes:
Backend: Node.js v18
Frameworks: Express.js & React.js
We have implemented JWKS-based verification following Fireblocks documentation for Detached JWS verification. However, recurring verification issues remain.
The Tech Operations Lead will be expected to:
Review the current JWKS webhook verification implementation
Validate alignment with Fireblocks’ best practices
Identify gaps or misconfigurations
Strengthen signature verification, key rotation handling, caching, and replay protection
This requires strong security awareness and hands-on debugging capability.
