    In House Recruiter

    • We are looking for an experienced inhouse recruiter/ talent acquisition specialist to support our outsourced customers. This is an office-based role, responsible for leading a small team of Junior recruiters.

    Key duties include:

    • Steering the office based junior recruiters
    • Allocating jobs to the RPO team to work
    • Working on senior retained assignments
    • Offering RPO training to outsourced customers
    • Compiling management reports
    • Attending all RPO client meetings - bot internal and external

    Minimum Job Requirements

    • Completed tertiary qualification
    • Must have a background in recruitment for a minimum of 3 years
    • Ability to lead client meetings and handle conflict situations
    • Strong IT skills and ability to work on several Applicant Tracking Systems
