Key Responsibility Areas

• Supervises general civil engineering works of wastewater nature.
• Checks submissions of sewer connections and on site sewage management.
• Enforces the relevant sewage disposal/building by-laws.
• Liaises with relevant building inspectorate with respect to sewer connections and building plan applications relating to sewerage.
• Liaises with the public with respect to applications made or other queries raised.
• Liaises with other Departmental/Units, the public, consultants, private developers and Councillors.

Essential Requirements

• Trade Tested Artisan (Plumber or Mainlaying or Bricklayer).
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 4 years relevant post apprenticeship experience.
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements

• 5 years relevant post apprenticeship experience.
