Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, ideally within the South African insurance market.
- An existing book of insurance clients is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, with a strong aptitude for learning new technology.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- A valid insurance broker license (FAIS qualification)
