• An existing book of insurance clients is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, with a strong aptitude for learning new technology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• A valid insurance broker license (FAIS qualification)
