    Insurance Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Reporting
    • Driving sales targets
    • Staff management, including training and development
    • General HR administration
    • Formulate, implement, and drive innovative sales strategies

    Experience

    • 5 years' proven Insurance sales experience 
    • 5 years' Sales Management experience
    • Advanced Excel skills

    Qualifications

    • Matric (Essential)
    • Minimum of an NQFL 5 in Wealth or Financial Management (Essential)
    • FAIS qualified (Essential)
