    Intern - Guest Relations

    Job Description

    • The intern is expected to learn and gain experience from colleagues and participate in development opportunities, this includes job shadowing and constantly assisting when required.
    • The intern will assist and contribute to the team and department, by performing clerical and ad hoc duties.
    • The intern may also be required to assist other departments in order to gain distinct experience and aid the organisation

    Qualifications

    • Tertiary qualification is hospitality or tourism
    • Fair user of Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to effectively communicate with others in English and other official languages
    • Dedicated to achieving high standards by working with others
    • Demonstrates exceptional levels of integrity
    • Ability to work effectively and safely when under pressure and when placed with demands
