Internal Account Manager 

If you are a self-motivated Internal Account Manager looking to grow as a customer service oriented professional, then this might be the position for you. As an Internal Account Manager for Tarsus Distribution you will be responsible for ensuring that Tarsus’ customers receive the highest quality customer service and that communications with customers are constant and effective. By ensuring ongoing operational excellence at all times you will be responsible for driving sales activity and for achieving sales and margin targets.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification preferable; a diploma in Sales or Customer Service is ideal
• Financial and business acumen, including an understanding of ERP and CRM systems
• 3+ years in a Sales or Customer Service role (distributor / vendor / reseller preferable)
• Driver’s License and own Transport

Work from Home Technical Requirements:

• Computer hardware and software will be provided by the company.
• Applicants must supply their own Internet connectivity.
• Applicants are responsible for creating a functional workspace at home.

Internet Service Requirements

• Internet access provided by a fibre provider
• DSL, satellite and wireless broadband is NOT ideal
• Minimum upload speed of 5 MBPS
• Minimum download speed of 10 MBPS
