    Internal Recruiter (RPO)

    Consultants within Aston Holmes work with exciting brands as extensions of internal teams whether it is to advise, guide, steer and lead candidates or assist with mapping or research projects. We are driven by a responsible approach to recruitment, where we realise the impact on the lives of our candidates and their impact on businesses. With this in mind, Consultants are responsible for building and maintaining candidate and client relationships, providing expert advice and facilitating placements both locally and abroad.

    Our required expertise:

    • Bachelor’s Degree advantageous
    • 1 – 3 years’ experience across the full recruitment life-cycle
    • Experience in technical recruitment
    • Preference will be given to those who have previous experience recruiting within the Technology or Information systems environment
    • Strong delivery-focused skillset
    • Ability to bring motivation and innovation
    • Most of all, we are looking for people who are truly passionate about the work they do
