Internal Sales Representative at SydSen Recruit

Requirements:

• 2-3 years proven experience in sales within the  hardware and building material industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Must be able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new business development.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and target potential clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase their products and services, addressing client needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position their offerings.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
