Internship (HR) at The Heineken Company

Purpose of the Position

The Successful intern will be expected to enter into a 12 month fixed-term contract commencing on the 1st of March 2024 and terminating on the 28 February 2025.
The intention is to give practical work experience to students who are currently studying towards a HR formal qualification.

Key Learning Areas include, but are not limited to the following:

• General Documentation and Administration 
• Human Resource Management 
• Recruitment and Selection
• HR Information Systems 
• Talent Management
• Labour relations
• Benefit Administration 
• Training and Development

To qualify for selection and participation in this programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Final year of obtaining a Human Resources related tertiary qualification – degree/diploma; 
• No work experience in the field is required
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Sound communication and presentation skills; 
• Effective time management;
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure. 
• Ability to work in a team
• South African citizen;

Prospective interns must submit the following:

• Covering letter/ Motivational letter, 
• A curriculum vitae,
• Certified Academic record, 
• Certified Grade 12,
• Certified copies of Identity Document.
