    Internship: Human Resources x 1

    Job Purpose

    • To provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Unit.

    Key functions:

    • To assist with recruitment administration, including shortlisting coordination, interview scheduling and preparation of recruitment documentation
    • To support the onboarding and induction process for new employees, ensuring all required documentation is completed
    • Maintain, update, and file employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies
    • Assist with the administration of training initiatives, skills development records, and related documentation.
    • Support employee relations activities and assist with ensuring HR compliance with labour legislation and internal policies.
    • Assist with HR data capturing, updating of HR systems and the compiling of basic HR reports.
    • Perform general HR administrative duties as required by the HR unit.

    Job Requirements

    • A recognized National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Labour Law.

    Required Competencies:

    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong administrative and organisational skills
    • Computer literacy (MS Office)
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work under supervision and in a team environment
    • Confidentiality and professionalism

    Other requirements:

    • Unemployed South African citizens between 18 and 35 years.
    • South Africans who are in possession of a minimum of a National Diploma at NQF level 6.
    • No working experience required.

    • Preference will be given to applicants residing within Gauteng Province.
    • You must not have participated in any other internship programme.
