Role Description
Provide strategic leadership for the ISV business group in Africa, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with the organization's overall vision. Develop and implement comprehensive ISV programs tailored to the unique needs of African markets, with a focus on ecosystem building and partnership growth. Continuously assess market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for program enhancement and market differentiation. Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of ISV specialists, alliance managers, and partnership managers. Foster strong relationships with key ISV partners, including senior leadership, sales teams, and product specialists, to ensure alignment with program objectives. Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, marketing, sales, and technical departments to facilitate the seamless onboarding and integration of ISV partners into our programs. Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the progress and success of ISV programs in the region. Proactively identify areas for improvement. Stay abreast of industry best practices, technological trends, and emerging opportunities within the ISV ecosystem that can be leveraged for program growth in Africa.
