Purpose of the Job

To drive the business value of IT within and work closely with the divisions to develop value added services and business improvement initiatives, act as the interface between the divisions and IT and facilitate service delivery to meet business requirements and agreed performance indicators and manage IT related projects and change management delivery within the divisions and use proactive and predictive analytics to get to real time business performance insight that focuses on customer value, improvement to profit opportunities, reduction in cost, and reduction in risk.

• What you'll done before:

Baseline:

• NQF Level 7 (Degree in IT/ Science/ Commerce/ Business)
• 10 years’ experience in IT / Business Management with
• experience in IT Service Delivery
• Experience in managing a large group of specialists and liaising with senior and executives

Advantageous:

• MBA/ IT Postgraduate
• Experience in a direct or indirect BRM role
