What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serving as the go-to expert for complex technical support—solving issues and escalating when necessary.
• Monitoring and maintaining systems, networks, and hardware to keep everything running smoothly.
• Troubleshooting problems, identifying root causes, and implementing long-term solutions.
• Analysing performance metrics and service records to maintain top-tier service levels.
• Supporting end-users, managing service requests, and delivering results that make a difference.
• Taking part in asset and license management, audits, and IT operations improvements.
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying risks, evaluating new tools, and proposing innovations.

What You Bring:

• Solid technical know-how and a knack for solving problems efficiently.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a support or technical services role.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Working knowledge of IT frameworks and methodologies like ITIL, Agile, or Waterfall.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, MCSE, ITIL Intermediate).

Must-Haves:

• A National Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or Computer Science.
• Certifications that show you mean business (CompTIA A+, MCSE, etc.).
