Efficiently generate and manage job cards for agricultural equipment servicing and repairs.
Maintain accurate records, ensuring effective communication between technicians and service managers.
Act as a liaison for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on service status.
Execute administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and inventory management.
Accurately log and deliver hours worked, incorporating key metrics such as kilometres travelled, travel time, and labour hours, into the job card system to maintain precise records of service-related activities.
Maintain ongoing communication with customers to provide updates on the status of their equipment, estimated completion times, and any additional service requirements.
Requirements
National Senior Certificate
Code 8 driver’s license
1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the agricultural equipment industry
Familiarity with agricultural equipment and maintenance processes is a plus
Essential Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and data entry
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Effective time management and problem-solving skills
