Junior Admin Assistant - VKB Transmission, Bela Bela at VKB Group

Job Description

• Manages the internal administration of mechanisation branch.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or NQF4
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Prior experience in admin will be an advantage
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Willing to work 6 days a week 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Handling and balancing of transactions from the petty cash
• Bank receipts and balancing
• Registration processing and completion of claims
• Execute goods received as well as monitoring of deviation report
• Stock take
• Receiving of deliveries from suppliers according to policies and procedures
• Continuous contact with internal departments suppliers and clients to ensure quality of service
• Other administrative duties and ad hock task as given from time to time
