• Strong skills in drafting, filing, and managing legal documents
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional phone etiquette and client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No admin assistants without litigation experience
• No candidates currently studying

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing court documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• Managing case files and trackers
• Liaising with attorneys, clients, and courts
• Diary and deadline management
