NetFlorist, an international online flower and gifting service, is a company that is forever growing and has endless opportunities. We are seeking an independent junior copywriter with the necessary qualification and skills to join our team. We’re looking for a self-driven individual who is willing to go above and beyond in the world of digital.

Location:

The position is full time and is based in Waterfall, Midrand, however we are currently working remotely due to Covid-19.

Duties:

• Assisting marketing with Google rankings by writing 10 articles of 350-400 words with provided keywords and topics
• Generating ideas, monitoring trends, researching and proposing ideas
• Assisting product team with product names and descriptions
• Editing work accordingly and uploading after approval
• Creative writing for print adverts, emails, banners and buttons
• Assisting with the maintenance of our blog
• General assistance

Key Skills:

• SEO experience beneficial
• Excellent punctuation, grammar and spelling
• Discipline to write around already provided topics
• Organised and capable of managing multiple matters concurrently
• Good analytical skills
• Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas
• Attention to detail and efficiency
• Collaborate well in a team while still being able to handle projects independently
• Presentable and articulate
• Matric essential
• Any qualifications beneficial
• Own transport mandatory
• Self-starter
