Description
As Kitchen administrator, he/she will be required to fulfil both hands-on duties for the kitchen team as well as all kitchen administrative duties and assisting with hygiene audit documentation (FCS Audits/Inspections).

Requirements

• Matric
• Culinary Arts or F&B Qualification is advantageous
• Experience in FCS 
• Experience with staff time sheet management and submission
• Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
• Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
