The Shift Millwright is responsible to provide maintenance support to the Laboratory and maintenance teams in the relevant areas. The Shift Millwright is the first line of defense. Breakdowns and inspections are performed regularly and standby is required.
Requirements
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 4 years' post apprenticeship experience as a Trade tested millwright;
Must be able to work under pressure;
Must be able to work independently;
Must be computer literate;
Must be a team player, able to communicate at all levels;
Good experience on mechanical electrical/electronic and instrument related equipment will be an added advantage.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
The safe maintenance and fault finding on Laboratory equipment will be expected and this includes a wide range of specialized analytical, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation related equipment;
Experience on robotic equipment will also be an added advantage.
Must be able to do standby for the total laboratory regarding the above mentioned equipment.
