Labour Relations Officer at Drakenstein Municipality

JOB PURPOSE:

• Performs Labour Relations activities and attends to general procedures and interventions associated with the function in order to ensure adequate guidance and support is made available with respect to the labour relation functions.

SELECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POST:

• National Diploma in Human Resource Management specialising in Labour Relations

OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POST:

• Computer literacy (MS Office applications)
• Fluent in at least two of the official languages in the Western Cape
• Good writing, administrative, interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Code B drivers’ license
• Conflict management skills

• 2 - 3 years relevant experience
