The Hippo Lead Administrator contributes to the organisational goals by converting leads to policies in a professional manner, with a view to retaining clients and ensuring satisfaction.

Operational / Technical / Financial Results

• Growing client base of the company by achieving agreed closing ratios
• Achieving quality targets in compliance with relevant quality procedures (SQA)
• Extending correct premiums and cover to clients by capturing information according to quality standards

• Ensure effective updating of own knowledge (systems, processes etc)

• Effectively build and maintain relationships with colleagues, service providers and clients

Requirements

• Essential: Matric / Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent

Previous Sales, Retentions Or Customer Service Experience Essential
