Are you a seasoned IT specialist with a passion for secure and efficient file transfers? We are seeking a Lead File Transfer Engineer to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimising enterprise-level file transfer systems ensuring secure, seamless, and compliant data movement across the organisation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
System Management: Configure, manage, and maintain SFTP, FTPS, and MFT solutions.
Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts to streamline operations.
Security & Compliance: Implement encryption protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve file transfer issues; provide 24/7 support for critical operations.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including network, firewall, and system admins.
Documentation & Mentoring: Create clear documentation and guide junior engineers.
Project Management: Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives and solution upgrades.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in IT
Proven experience managing enterprise file transfer systems.
