    Learning And Development Coordinator (DBN)

    We Want You:

    • The Learning and Development Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and administration of a range of learning and development activities and projects. They will be responsible for managing company induction, training administration, and reporting, as well as liaising with internal and external training providers.
    • We are looking for someone who has experience in training, human resources, and management skills. You will be the go-to person for learning and development queries and be responsible for all related administration, ensuring a get-it-right first-time ethos is adopted.

    You Bring:

    • At least 5 years of Learning and Development Coordination experience preferably in a software or IT environment.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time under time constraints.
    • Proven experience coordinating large company-wide initiatives such as learnerships, graduate programs, and company inductions.
    • 2 years’ experience with required reporting (TNA, WSP, ATR, etc.)
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Able to influence and relate to different cultures and Team Members from different backgrounds and able to adapt training accordingly.


    What You’ll Do:

    • Arrange hospitality, room layout and equipment for participants attending workshops and events. Liaison with trainers, booking training rooms, printing and distributing course materials and ensuring required equipment is available and in working order for the efficient running of all relevant events.
    • Establish systems and procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the training service offering.
    • Research as directed into training providers, new training content or other training-related information.
    • Liaise with line managers and delegates to ensure all Team Members are booked on required events within agreed timeframes.
    • Ensure evaluation forms are completed and returned for each development event.
    • Contribute to the identification of learning and development needs within the organisation through collaboration with the People Team.
    • Advise Team Members on training policies and procedures including resolving or supporting the resolution of problems related to the operation of the learning and organisation development area.
    • Manage our annual mandatory training calendar ensuring full completion within targeted timescales and providing timely and accurate updates to people services partners and senior leaders.
    • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with external providers of learning solutions.
    • Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
    • Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house) to meet the training goals of the organisation.
    • Responsible for the coordination and delivery of a range of projects and regular events. This will include producing and keeping updated project plans, arranging meetings and ensuring systems and processes are established and projects delivered to agreed timescales.
    • Coordinate the development and delivery of the organisation-wide regular induction events for all new Team Members, ensuring the content is reviewed and updated continually in line with feedback received.
    • Develop and maintain accurate and easily accessible records and processes for all learning and development activities and processes including recording and monitoring attendance, ensuring that Team Members required to attend specific workshops are easily identified and followed up.
    • Develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with all Team Members to sustain the reputation of the People Services Team as a customer-focused function.
    • Raise purchasing requisition orders and tracking of payment on behalf of the People Services Team.
    • Ensure that confidentiality and security of sensitive information are maintained and comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
    • Map out annual training plans for management, HR, customer support and more.
    • Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials.
    • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
