Learning & Development Coordinator at Komatsu Mining

Job Specification (not totally inclusive)

• Recording training plan and training schedules for Joy Global Africa;
• Booking of relevant training courses and informing business of the confirmed training dates;
• Maintaining records of all attendees and training evaluation results and advise on areas of improvement;
• Linking employees to career paths and training needs analysis;
• Processing bursary applications and submitting information to all relevant institutions;
• Facilitation of study assistance application process and record keeping thereof;
• Preparing monthly & quarterly Learning and Development training reports;
• Coordinating and maintaining all Learning and Development activities including projects;
• Ensuring training rooms are clean and all furniture is prepared for training;
• Ensuring all training expenditures are tracked and within budget; 
• Administer payment of all training related accounts; and
• Coordination of Employee Communication Forum meetings

Minimum Skills required.

• Grade 12;
• Qualification in Human Resources Management or related field;
• ETDP certificate is an added advantage 
• At least 3 years Learning and Development administration experience;
• SAP/R3 experience is an added advantage;
• Computer literate in MS Office suite; and
• Must have driver’s license and own transport.
