REQUIREMENTS :
- National Senior Certificate, LLB (or as otherwise determined by the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development).
- No previous postgraduate legal experience is required.
Knowledge And Skills:
- Knowledge of the Constitution, PFMA, Civil Procedure, PAJA, PAIA, POPIA, computer literacy, analytical thinking, legal drafting, dispute resolution, negotiation skills, legal research, good verbal and written communication skills, willingness to learn, take initiative and contribute to unit’s objectives.
