What You’ll Do
As a Legal Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the Legal team — ensuring all documentation, processes, and systems are accurate, up to date, and compliant.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Legal team, including managing documentation and follow-ups.
- Maintaining an efficient filing system (digital and physical) for contracts, NDAs, leases, and service provider agreements.
- Assisting with the preparation, review, and finalisation of basic legal agreements.
- Managing and updating legal schedules (NDA, Lease, Agent, and Service Provider records).
- Coordinating meetings, communications, and legal correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the Legal Counsel with audits, research, and reporting.
- Staying informed on developments in the legal and regulatory environment.
What You’ll Bring :
- Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
- LLB degree or currently studying toward one (Essential)
- 2+ years of administrative experience (Essential)
- Experience in a commercial legal environment (Desirable)
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite) and excellent typing skills
- Attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to multitask under pressure
