    Legal Counsel - Cape Town

    The Legal Counsel role is for a commodity / agricultural business with a need for a commercially focused lawyer.

    The role requires:

    • an LLB degree
    • minimum 5 years post articles experience
    • experience within a law firm in a Corporate Commercial team focused on contract drafting ; or
    • experience as in-house counsel, with extensive experience in contract drafting,
    • project management and organizational skills
    • excellent attention to detail
