    Management Assistant Trainee 1.- Boksburg Campus

    Reference:

    • Bok/01/2024.

    Post Description:

    Management Assistant:

    • Assisting in all administration and office tasks and duties as assigned, including;
    • Receiving telephone calls;
    • Rendering customer service;
    • Information processing (memoranda, letters, email, internet, minutes, etc.);
    • Filing of documentation and records;
    • Collection of post/faxes and distribution to relevant staff, as required;
    • Data capturing;
    • Assisting with registration of students;
    • ITS capturing.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • N6 Management Assistant.

    Method of Application

    Candidates are to complete and submit by hand: 

    • Fully completed NEW (effective from 01 January 2021) Z83: Application for Employment Form (obtainable from any Public Service Department, or here: Z83: Application for Employment Form).

    • Recently updated Curriculum Vitae;
    • Original certified copies of Academic Record/Transcript (not older than 3 months);
    • Original certified copies of Matric certificate, and qualifications (not older than 3 months);
    • Original certified copy of Identity Document, both sides (not older than 3 months);
    • Three (3) contactable references, with e-mail addresses.
