Purpose Statement
To manage a team of specialists within the Bancs Core Banking design and development environments to ensure successful delivery of all project and non-project related tasks, ensuring the business objectives of Systems Development are aligned with the IT and business strategy.
To ensure maintenance requests related to the Core Banking environment are prioritised and actioned accordingly.
To ensure continuity in the event of an incident or outage relating to the Core Banking environment.
To facilitate and coordinate alignment with architectural best practice.
Experience
Min:
Relevant experience in leading teams responsible for Core Banking suites
Experience in managing a large team of specialists within a similar environment
Internal and external stakeholder management
Ideal:
Capitec Bank products, systems and operating environment

Implementation of information technology systems and applications

A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology - Computer Science or Information Systems
