Manager: Facilities Management & Campus at PRASA

DEPARTMENTAL MISSION

• To lead and manage campus and precinct operations, ensuring safe functional environments that enhance tenant satisfaction, operational reliability, and compliance across Intersite’s precinct network.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations
• Management, or relevant professional qualification.
• Valid code 8 Driver’s license.

EXPERIENCE

• A Minimum of 8 years’ experience in facilities or campus operations management, of which 3 years must be at supervisory level.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Honours or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF level 8) in Facilities Management / Property / Real Estate / Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering or Operations Management.
• Professional Membership with the SAFMA or SACPCMP.

• Strategic Operation, Service Delivery & Facilities Performance, ESG & Utilities Efficiency Integration, Stakeholder Management & Tenant Support, Risk, Governance and Compliance, Financial Management and People Management.

TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE 

• Facilities operations standards and lifecycle asset management
• Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations
• Environmental compliance and municipal services integration
• Building systems: HVAC, water systems, security, cleaning, access control
