Manager: Infrastructure & Maintenance at University of Fort Hare

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Manages own area of responsibility.
• Organisational Unit Staff Management.
• Financial Planning & Budgeting.
• Infrastructure / Built Environment Maintenance Implementation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Honours Preferred) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 6 years’ minimum experience in the Built Environment & Maintenance.
• 2 – 3 years supervisory experience.
• Mandatory experience of stock control.
• Mandatory Planned Maintenance systems experience.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES:

• Engineering Council of SA (ECSA) Pr Eng. or Pr Tech Eng.
• GCC will be an added advantage.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) advantageous.
• Experience in a higher education context.
