Key Performance Areas
Lead, develop and implement tools, processes and practices to guide the organisation in respect of the City’s People Strategy
Work across all directorates to entrench the City’s values and drive an organisational culture promoting Recognition and Reward as well as the City’s Employee Value Proposition.
Liaise, engage and provide strategic advice to internal stakeholders in respect of people management practices including strategic workforce planning , succession planning , career management and competency development
Lead and manage the leadership and other related programmes such as leadership webinars, workshops or seminars across various levels of the City
Manage and entrench coaching and mentoring practice across the City
Manage and guide around the use of various diagnostic and assessment tools in the development of team enablement and leadership interventions to drive culture and behavioural change at all levels in the City
Lead the change management and transformation process for key transversal programmes across the City using collaborative, creative and motivational change
