Monitor the NLSA’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare regular reports on compliance and risk management.
Review monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders on compliance matters, risk management and performance reporting.
Track and monitor the audit outcome improvement plan on internal and external audit findings.
Assist in the development and review of policies and procedures that guide internal controls.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to relevant stakeholders.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
NQF level 7 qualification in Risk, Compliance, Governance, Internal Auditing, Law, Accounting Science or Finance
Honours Degree will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE
Five years of governance, risk and compliance management experience in the Private or Public sector of which three years should be at middle management level.
Knowledge of PFMA Act, PPFA, Treasury Regulations, SDA, EEA, LRA and BCEA and all rother relevant legislation including the Constitution of South Africa.
Applied knowledge of the Framework for Strategic Plans and Annual Performance Plans.
Applied knowledge of the programme information reporting framework.
Experience working with senior management and Board members.
